Love it or Swap it allows you to return any product to us and swap it for something else within 30 days of it being received by you. If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, need to change your size, or just don’t love it — we’ve got you!

Once your return reaches us, we will assess your product and once we’ve verified that it is unused and undamaged we will be in touch with your Store Credit or exchange!

FYI: Any shipping fees incurred across the returns process are yours to pay.

How to change your Strap

Step 1:

Flip your watch to be face down. If on a surface, use a soft, flat area to prevent scratches.

Step 2:

On the back of your Apple Watch, press the buttons to release each end of the band.

Step 3:

Slide your band out of your Apple Watch.

Step 4:

Slide your new band in until you hear a "click". And there you have it!

    Oceans apart

    The quality and pricing of the istrap Ocean Bands is outstanding. You cannot compare the service that is offered by istrap, along with the fact that the bands are just as good as the Apple bands that cost 3 times the price. I have made a number of purchases through istrap and have never been let down.
