Love it or Swap it

Love it or Swap it allows you to return any product to us and swap it for something else within 60 days of it being received by you. If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, need to change your size, or just don’t love it — we’ve got you!

Once your return reaches us, we will assess your product and once we’ve verified that it is unused and undamaged we will be in touch with your Store Credit.

FYI: Any shipping fees incurred across the returns process are your to pay.

How to change your Strap

Step 1:

Flip your watch to be face down. If on a surface, use a soft, flat area to prevent scratches.

Step 2:

On the back of your Apple Watch, press the buttons to release each end of the band.

Step 3:

Slide your band out of your Apple Watch.

Step 4:

Slide your new band in until you hear a "click". And there you have it!

    Fresh look

    The Alpine band is really comfortable. It feels soft on the wrist despite still being good and secure. I like the fresh look of having one of the new style bands from the Ultra range.
